We were in the a double room, it was modern. Also, location was favourable, at a short distance from Cenote de la Bruja.

I was very impressed with the double room that had a big balcony. the room had a sofa bed, an iron/ironing board, and a flat-screen cable TV, which were very useful. - It's in a magnificent location in Bacalar, very close to the town center, a great supermarket, a bike rental shop, a small market.

Friendly staff gave us some great tips. the room had a balcony with a nice view 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at Isel Magic in Bacalar. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our entire visit. the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was amazing, with a lovely hot shower that was perfect after a long day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the large balcony, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the WiFi was excellent, which was important for me as I needed to work during my stay. we had such a great experience that we booked another week at this friendly and accommodating place!

We stayed at Isel Magic for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering us a room to rest in after our early bus arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a really spacious bed. The location was great, just a short walk to the main part of town. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and there was always coffee and water available in the lobby. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was perfect.

We found a place to stay close to the beautiful lake. the location was convenient and it's just a short walk to access the lagoon. the staff were friendly and accommodating, giving us complimentary water and coffee. Although the bathroom was clean, there were issues with the hot water in the shower.

The lack of fridge in the room and no windows to let in natural light, making it feel cramped.

Close to bus station, friendly staff, clean space, coffee included, border shuttle and boat trips available, extremely clean property.
